Matt made a notation on the back of the photo of Bull Martin and Charlie Ponds that the photo was taken in May 1992. Matt never identified the location of the meeting but once again, our very reliable source has informed me the meeting took place in May, 1992 in beautiful downtown Cleveland, Tennessee.
