Ron Bruce will host ChapterXXXIII's Summer meeting, and has negotiated a very favorable contract with the Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff.

All reservations are due by 05/19/2023, Any reservations requested after this date are subject to availability, and discounted rate is no longer guaranteed. Any rooms not secured by this date will be released.

There is no set number of rooms reserved for this gathering. Members will get the room rate of $91 plus tax, up to the cutoff date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual room cancellation requests must be done through the hotel directly and should be provided no later than 1 week prior to arrival.

The cost of this gala event is $15/person, which you can pay when you come to the Hospitality room.

Mark your calendars for 02-04 June 2023. Some of you will have to drive a couple (well maybe more than a couple) of miles for this meeting, but make plans to attend and enjoy a Spring weekend of camaraderie in beautiful Knoxville.

REMEMBER, ALL CHAPTER MEETINGS ARE BYOB (BRING YOUR OWN BOOZE). The chapter no longer furnishes alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks, water, and ice will be available.

All members of the SFA community are welcome at any of our chapter meetings. We ask that you introduce yourself to our Chapter President, Robert T. Smith, upon entry to the Hospitality room.
