Agenda for Chapter XXXIII Spring Meeting: 14-16 February 2025

14 February 2025 (Friday):

Regular check-in for the meeting. The hospitality Room (Ambassador Room, 3rd floor) opens approximately 1500 hours. Dinner on your own. There are restaurants galore to whet even the pickiest of appetites

New members and guest introduce yourselves to our Chapter President, Ridge Marriott, upon arrival to the Team Room.

15 February 2025 (Saturday):

1200 – Buffet lunch in the Hospitality room

       1330 – Business meeting 1330 hours (or when all members have finished lunch).
                      A copy of the business agenda has been sent to all Chapter members either by e-mail or snail mail.
                     We will have a group photo taken after the business meeting.

1500 – Happy hour in the Hospitality room

1700 – Dinner is on your own.

1900 (or there abouts) – Our now famous auction will commence. Bring all those priceless, hidden treasures (those things you can no longer live with), and that overstuffed wallet or checkbook. Our Treasurer will thank you for every nickel, dime, quarter, or dollar our Auctioneer can squeeze out of you.

16 February 2025 (Sunday): We'll meet in the hotel lobby for breakfast, say our goodbyes, and check out. Have a safe journey home.
